The Founders
Transparent’s founders, Per Brickstad, Magnus Wiberg and Martin Willers, are driven by a passion and curiosity to create products that are as much an interior design object as a great sounding piece of technology. The brand’s name also stands for a desire for open, honest, and more sustainable business practices. Their design philosophy has won several awards over the years, among them the Wallpaper* Design Awards.

Transparent Design
Design is often used to put a fancy surface onto something. We want to do the exact opposite. We want to show products as they really are. The main materials of our products – aluminium and glass, are chosen for their ability to last a long time, and to exist in recycled material streams. We are constantly working to increase recycled sources with the aim of closing the material loop.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below:
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
- Items must be returned in a new, unused, and perfect condition.
- All protective materials, packaging, accessories, manuals, authenticity cards ..etc should be included.
- Premium, Elite, and Limited Edition Collections must be returned unused, with the plastic protective cover still on the units, unopened, and in their original packaging, including the warranty and presentation box.
- Items should be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
Process:
- Once we receive your return, we will review and approve it on a case-by-case basis.
- Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit, which will be credited to your Linora Store Account. You can track, manage, and use this credit for future purchases.
- Please note, the full store credit amount will exclude the original shipping costs and customs fees, which are non-refundable.
- Items with damaged or opened original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
Special Collections:
- Premium, Elite, and Limited Edition items are highly collectible. Only remove protective covers if you're certain you wish to keep the item.
Exchanges:
- To exchange an item, first return the original product unopened and in perfect condition.
- After we receive and approve the return, we will issue store credit for the original amount.
- You can then use this credit to purchase any item from our store. The store credit gift card has no validity time limit till used.
Important Note:
- Store Credit will be processed within 14 working days after your returned items are approved.
- Shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable.

Registration
Users can register by filling out the registration form and choosing a username and password. To register, User must provide his/her real name, address, phone number/mobile phone number, date of birth, and e-mail address. In addition to the above-mentioned information, institutional and corporate customers must include the trade registry number and VAT number. By registration, User warrants that he/she has read the provisions of this agreement, agrees to these provisions, and pledges oneself to comply with these provisions.
The User ordering on behalf of a company warrants that he/she has sufficient authority to order the items in question and bind that company to this Agreement.
Registration is free of any charge.
User responsibilities

Force Majeure Clause
In the event of unforeseen major events (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure"), including but not limited to wars, environmental disasters, natural calamities, government actions, or any similar unforeseen major events beyond the control of Linora Store, Linora Store shall not be held liable for any delays or disruptions caused by the Force Majeure.
11.1. Specific Reference to War Situation and Sea Freight Delays:
• Current War Situation: Linora Store acknowledges that the ongoing war situation in the region may impact the timely delivery of goods. Delays in sea freight may occur due to rerouting of ships and disruptions at the origin.
• Sea Freight Delays: Linora Store shall not be held responsible for delays in sea freight caused by the rerouting of ships and other war-related disruptions. This includes delays in the departure of ships from the origin.
11.2. Effects of Force Majeure:
• Delays: Linora Store shall not be held responsible for any delays in the performance of our obligations under the agreement that are directly or indirectly caused by the Force Majeure.
• Liability: Linora Store shall not be liable to compensate, refund, or offer additional discounts for any delays or disruptions caused by the Force Majeure, including those related to the current war situation impacting sea freight.
11.3. Customer Understanding:
By engaging in a business relationship with Linora Store, the customer acknowledges and agrees that unforeseen major events, including the current war situation, may impact the regular course of business. Linora Store shall be excused from any non-performance or delay in performance arising out of such events.
Changes to the Service and this Agreement
Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Service, policies, and this User Agreement at any time.
Jurisdiction and Settlement of Disputes
The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and this User Agreement will be interpreted, construed, and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
Language of this Agreement
The parties have agreed that this Agreement and related documents shall be written in English.
